Description

ANANONG Korean 3 years aged Fermented Traditional Soy Sauce (300ml(10.1 fl oz), 900ml(30.4 fl oz))
description
Ananong traditional soy sauce is a traditional Korean sauce made by fermenting white soybeans.
It has a deep umami and salty taste, so it is a basic ingredient used in representative Korean dishes such as bulgogi, japchae, soup, and various side dishes. Made with locally grown Korean soybeans and salt, it is a product that has been fermented and aged for 3 years under Chilgapsan
It is made by simmering and mashing beans for 6 hours in a cauldron with oak firewood, then making square-shaped soybeans, fermenting them, and then aging them in traditional pottery for 3 years. You can enjoy the taste of unmodified traditional Korean cuisine.
We use the highest quality raw materials. Made using locally grown white beans (soybeans), salt that has been aged for 3 years to remove bitterness, and clear water from the Cheongyang area.
We provide high-quality products. To provide products of uniform taste and quality, Ananong’s unique advanced fermentation technology and mechanized packaging process are applied.
